We have a full, 2-week redecoration process that includes fresh paint, cleaning, and any needed repairs.
Yes, we have 24-hour maintenance service.
Call the office or go online to your Resident Services Account to put in a work order. Please call standby maintenance number for after hours emergencies.
Maintenance issues are handled in the order in which they are received with any emergency maintenance needs taking precedence.
Call the office and they will verify that you're a resident and let you in.
Yes, hanging pictures and other decorations is encouraged! If you would like to paint your apartment you will need to check with the Property Manager first.

Washers and dryers are provided in every apartment.
Pet rent is $20 monthly for up to 2 pets and there's a $150 non-refundable pet fee.
The weight limit is 75 lbs. for one dog and 100 lbs. combined for two dogs. There are breed restrictions.

Yes, we offer furnished apartments. Please contact the leasing office for details.

There are no quiet hours. We charge a fee to rent our community building where applicable.

There is a service fee if paying with a debit or credit card, with the amount determined by the card provider. If using a savings or checking account there is no cost. Please note that there is a 48-hour verification process in order to add a savings or checking account to a Resident Services account.

You are allowed to have guests at your apartment. We do ask that any guests please park in parking spots facing away from the building.
It's possible to get a lower price with a longer lease term. There's no discount for paying rent in advance.
There is an Early Termination Fee due at the time of notice, which is equal to 200% of the monthly rental rate.
Yes, this community offers reduced rental rates for long-term residents, seniors, military and emergency service personnel. Eligible residents receive a 3% rent discount during a lease term. It's referred to as the Appreciation Program.

Decatur, Madison, Athens, and Huntsville are all 15 minutes away.
Coming from Huntsville: Take 565 West toward Decatur to exit 2 (Greenbriar), turn right and take the first left. Follow access road to property. Coming from Decatur: Take 31 North to 565 West to 1st exit (Mooresville), turn left then take the first right onto Old Hwy 20 and follow to property. From Athens: Take 65 South to Huntsville, Decatur exit to 565 West to exit 1 (Mooresville). Take a left and then the first right to Hwy 20 and follow to property.
